   8 talk in Oslo March 1st 2013 17:00 to 19:00</a>.  The event is public
   9 and organised by <a href="">Norwegian Unix Users Group (NUUG)</a>
  10 (where I am the chair of the board) and
  11 <a href="http://www.friprog.no/">The Norwegian Open Source Competence
  12 Center</a>.  The title of the talk is «The Free Software Movement and
  13 GNU», with this description:
