   8 parts of the
   9 <a href="http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Autodesk_EULA">Autodesk</a>
  10 and
  11 <a href="http://blog.makezine.com/archive/2011/06/things-you-cant-do-with-the-microsoft-kinect-sdk.html">Microsoft
  12 Kinect</a> End User License Agreements (EULAs), which illustrates
  13 quite well why I stay away from software with EULAs.  Whenever I take
  14 the time to read their content, the terms are simply unacceptable.</p>
