351 implementation of SUN's Java. It currently runs on Linux, FreeBSD,
352 Solaris and Irix. It is written in C (and a little bit C++), and
353 supports native threads, Java Native Interface and Netscape/Mozilla
354 Open Java Interface.</P>

357 Internet Games Service</a></b>
358 <p>I'm one of two designers and maintainers of a Internet games metaserver
359 project. We want to ease the task of discovering available game servers
360 for any game on the Internet, and have designed a distributed network of
361 gigs-servers where game servers can report their presence, and game clients
362 can query the closest gigs-server to get a list of running game servers.</p>

366 <p>I am the system architect and lead developer of the project. The
367 project was initiated in 2001 by me and a few others. We want to make free
368 software more available for the primary schools in Norway, and are
369 making a turn-key installation for the school networks, with all the
370 services and desktop applications needed in schools, with the user
371 programs available in Norwegian Bokmål, Nynorsk and Nothern Saami.</p>
