   7 <p>We write 2018, and it is 30 years since Unicode was introduced.
   8 Most of us in Norway have come to expect the use of our alphabet to
   9 just work with any computer system.  But it is apparently beyond reach
  10 of the computers printing recites at a restaurant.  Recently I visited
  11 a Peppes pizza resturant, and noticed a few details on the recite.
  12 Notice how 'ø' and 'å' are replaced with strange symbols in
  13 'Servitør', 'Å BETALE', 'Beløp pr. gjest', 'Takk for besøket.' and 'Vi
  14 gleder oss til å se deg igjen'.</p>
