   5 <p><a href="https://linuxcnc.org/">The LinuxCNC project</a> is still
   6 going strong.  And I believe this great software system for numerical control of
   7 machines such as milling machines, lathes, plasma cutters, routers,
   8 cutting machines, robots and hexapods, would do even better with more
   9 in-person developer gatherings, so we plan to organise such gathering
  10 this summer too.</p>

  12 <p>The Norwegian LinuxCNC developer gathering take place the weekend
  13 Friday July 5th to 7th this year, and is open for everyone interested
  14 in contributing to LinuxCNC and free software manufacturing.  Up to
  15 date information about the gathering can be found in
  16 <a href="https://sourceforge.net/p/emc/mailman/emc-developers/thread/123eaae0-f3b9-4170-a251-b7d608f1e974%40bofh.no/">the
  17 developer mailing list thread</a> where the gathering was announced.

  21 from last years gathering from
  22 <a href="https://www.redpill-linpro.com/">Redpill-Linpro</a> and
  23 <a href="https://www.nuugfoundation.no/no/">NUUG Foundation</a>, we
  24 have enough sponsor funds to pay for food, and probably also shelter
  25 for the people traveling from afar to join us.  If you would like to
