   5 <p>If you, like me, want an updated a map for your Garmin GPS, there is
   6 now a great source of free maps available from
   7 <a href="http://www.frikart.no/garmin/index.html">Frikart</a>.  To
   8 download a map, just click on the country you are interested in, and
   9 download the map type you want.  There are 8 different maps available,
  10 using different colours and data selection.  Pick one of Roadmap, Topo
  11 Summer, Topo Winter, Roadmap II, Topo Summer II, Topo Winter II,
  12 "Trails - overlay map" and "Cross country - overlay map" (see the web
  13 page for descriptions).</p>

  15 <p>The maps are updated weekly, so if you find something wrong in the
  16 map you can just edit the
  17 <a href="http://www.openstreetmap.org/">OpenStreetmap</a> map source
  18 (anyone can contribute) and fetch a fixed map a week later. :)</p>
