   5 <p>People keep asking me where to get the various forms of the book I
   6 published last week, the Norwegian Bokmål edition of Lawrence Lessigs
   7 book <a href="http://www.free-culture.cc/">Free Culture</a>.  It was
   8 published on paper via lulu.com, and is also available in PDF, ePub
   9 and MOBI format.  I currently sell the paper edition for self cost
  10 from lulu.com, but might extend the distribution to book stores like
  11 Amazon and Barnes & Noble later.  This will double the price and force
  12 me to make a profit from selling the book.  Anyway, here are links to

  31 <p>Note that the MOBI version have problems with the table of content,
  32 at least with the viewers I have been able to test.  And the ePub file
  33 have several problems according to
  34 <a href="https://github.com/IDPF/epubcheck">epubcheck</a>, but seem
  35 to display fine in the viewers I have tested.  All the files needed to
  36 create the book in various forms are available from
