   5 <p>As I wrap up the Norwegian version of
   6 <a href="https://github.com/petterreinholdtsen/free-culture-lessig">Free
   7 Culture</a> book by Lawrence Lessig (still waiting for my final proof
   8 reading copy to arrive in the mail), my great
   9 <a href="http://dblatex.sourceforge.net/">dblatex</a> helper and
  10 developer of the dblatex docbook processor, Benoît Guillon, decided a
  11 to try to create a French version of the book.  He started with the
  12 French translation available from the
  13 <a href="http://www.wikilivres.ca/wiki/Culture_libre">Wikilivres wiki
  14 pages</a>, and wrote a program to convert it into a PO file, allowing
  15 the translation to be integrated into the po4a based framework I use
  16 to create the Norwegian translation from the English edition.  We meet
  17 on the <a href="irc://irc.freenode.net/%23dblatex">#dblatex IRC
  18 channel</a> to discuss the work.  If you want to help create a French
  19 edition, check out
  20 <a href="https://github.com/marsgui/free-culture-lessig">his git
  21 repository</a> and join us on IRC.  If the French edition look good,
  22 we might publish it as a paper book on lulu.com.  A French version of
  23 the drawings and the cover need to be provided for this to happen.</p>
