   5 <p>A little more than 11 years ago, one of the creators of Tor, and
   6 the current President of <a href="https://www.torproject.org/">the Tor
   7 project</a>, Roger Dingledine, gave a talk for the members of the
   8 <a href="http://www.nuug.no/">Norwegian Unix User group</a> (NUUG).  A
   9 video of the talk was recorded, and today, thanks to the great help
  10 from David Noble, I finally was able to publish the video of the talk
  11 on Frikanalen, the Norwegian open channel TV station where NUUG
  12 currently publishes its talks.  You can
