+I have good programming experience in Pascal, C, C++, Perl and Java.
+I have basic experience in assembly, SR (Syncroniced resources),
+Prolog and Ada. I have programming experience in ANSAWare, an early
+CORBA/DCE implementation.

+I have worked with UNIX system administration the last 4 years, and
+have experience with Ultrix (2.x, 3.x), Irix (5.3, 6.x), Solaris
+(5.x), Linux, NetBSD, HP-UX (9.x, 10.x), OSF/1 (3.x), SCO Unix, A/IX

+My education is in distributed- and multimedia-systems, while my
+interests thru the last five years have been information- and Internet
+services. I am missing 7/20 of a year to get a degree (Barcelor?) in
+Informatics.
+
+Some of my work experience (I did not remember more, think I got most
+of it):
+ ->1994: Planted woods, worked in stores, whatever
+ summer 1994: Norwegian Telecom Research (Telenor Forskning), made
+ Internet interface to their library. Still running[1].
+ 1995-1996: Telenor Media, designing, building, and administrating
+ the Internet service Origo[2] which was/is an internet
+ magasine and index.
+ 1996: NRK2 Spider[3], Norwegian televisions project making a weekly
+ 30-minutes Internet entertainment. I was journalist
+ and technician.
+ 1994-1996: UiTx Library, making internet services
+ 1995-1996: Norwegian Historical Data Centre[4], making internet services
+ 1996: Data Consult, making printer control system
+ 1997->: Telenor Link, Senior programmer working with building
+ Internet Gaming markedplace[5].
+
+During my studies at the University of Tromsx, I was involed in many
+student organisations. I was a student representative in different
+boards and comitties from the most insignificant to the next to
+highest at the University. I skiped that list, as it is probably more
+then 15 entries.
+
+I am most satisfied with my period as leader in the Computer students
+assosiation[6] from 1993-1995. During my period we managed to build up a
+laboratory run by students with equipment borrowed from different Unix
+retailers (SUN, SGI, etC) and the university. It is still running
+with >15 computers. :-)
+

+Da et headhunter-firma ringte for å høre om jeg kunne tenke meg å
+skifte jobb, ble vi enige om at jeg skulle ta en tur over for å se hva
+de kunne tilby. I den forbindelse ble jeg satt forran en datamaskin
+som stillte meg 25 vage spørsmål før den til slutt skrev ut denne
+personlighetsanalysen.

+
+Petter forstår og verdsetter verdien av effektivitet og gode
+resultater. Han er av den grunn klar over at det til tider trengs nøye
+planlegging for å få dette til. Han er imidlertid ikke så flink til å
+utvise den nødvendige tålmodighet som kreves, og vil av den grunn
+delegere disse oppgavene til mennesker som er bedre egnet til slike
+oppgaver.

+
+Petter foretrekker å jobbe med detaljer og abstrakte løsninger, og er
+litt usikker i sosiale sammenhenger. Han vil av den grunn ønske
+jobber hvor han kan arbeide med minimale forstyrrelser fra mennesker.
+Han misliker oppmerksomhet, og foretrekker å være for seg selv.

+Petter vil fokusere for å oppnå resultater så fort som mulig som
+leder. Han er ikke særlig utadvendt av seg, og har en tendens til å
+gi direkte instruksjoner framfor å skape en samarbeidsånd. Han setter
+pris på å ha et personlig ansvar, og har en tendens til å tilpasse seg
+en kommanderende lederstil for å oppnå autoritet i forhold til sine
+underordnede.

+<H3>Forslag til lederstil</H3>

+Siden alle hans personlighetsfaktorer ligger nær sentrum av profilen,
+er det mulig at Petter for tiden opplever personlige problemer av ett
+eller annet slag, og ledelsen bør finne ut om dette er tilfelle eller
+ikke. Vi vil imidlertid gjøre oppmerksom på at resultater av denne
+typen også kan skyldes at spørsmålssettet ikke er riktig utfylt \96 det
+kan være nyttig å Petter gjennomføre et nytt spørsmålssett for å
+vurdere om dette er tilfelle før man tar opp spørsmålet om eventuelle
